The quickest way to open a support ticket is to send us an email.

Email support@cybertek.co.za from any email address that you have access to.

Our system will automatically generate a support ticket for you and we will get working on your problem as quckly as we can and keep you in the loop via the email address used to create the ticket.

NB: Make sure you give us as much detail about your problem as possible so we can help you as quickly as possible.

LOGIN TO OUR SUPPORT PORTAL

If you don’t have access via email, create a support ticket via our Support Portal.

You don’t need access to an email account to log a support ticket and follow progress until we’ve sorted your problem. Just create an account  using one of the following accountsand you can then create as many tickets as required :

1) Use your regular email account even if you don’t have access to it currently for whatever reason).
2) Your Google Account (i.e. if you have a gmail.com address)
3) Your Facebook account – login to our portal via your facebook account
