If your email address uses your own domain name then you will need to go to your own custom webmail link.

This is accessed by adding a /webmail at the end of your domain name in your web browser URL bar.

So, for example if your domain name is joebloggs.co.za then your webmail access will be joebloggs.co.za/webmail
